sales tax of 11.5%. Rates are based on single or double
occupancy and are subject to change without notice. Higher
rates apply during special events and holidays. Minimum
stays apply to holiday and weekends. A deposit is required
to confirm your reservation. Cancellation and shortened
stays require at least 30 days notice and in any case a
processing fee of $35 will apply. Pet fee of $35 will be
charged per pet per stay. Check in time is 3:00 p.m.; check
