Congratulations to RILEY for being Ambrosia Key West’s April Pet of the Month!
At 7 months old, Riley was seized from his abusive home by the Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control. He began treatment at the center, due to his former owner being prosecuted and Riley was needed for evidence. During his treatment, Riley had to undergo surgery to remove an embedded collar. In December of 2011, this fantastic guy was adopted by Dave and Alice Young from West Palm Beach, Florida.
As our guest, Riley stayed in our Alligator Suite and he enjoyed sitting on the large porch. Though he is not a high energy dog, Riley enjoyed going for walks in Old Town and looking for roosters! Riley loves to sunbathe and mimic sirens of passing fire trucks and ambulances!
Per Riley’s request, Ambrosia Key West will be making a donation to the Palm Beach County Animal Care and Control.
